Об утверждении Перечней  объектов
капитального   строительства    и
капитального ремонта на 2014 год
 
 
     В соответствии  с  Законом  Владимирской  области  от  25.12.2013
N 147-ОЗ "Об  областном бюджете на 2014 год и на плановый период  2015 
и 2016 годов"
 
                        П О С Т А Н О В Л Я Ю:
 
     1. Утвердить Перечень  объектов  капитального  строительства  для
областных государственных нужд, финансируемых из  областного  бюджета,
на 2014 год, согласно приложению N 1.
     2.  Утвердить  Перечень  объектов   капитального    строительства
муниципальной собственности, софинансируемых из областного бюджета, на
2014 год, согласно приложению N 2.
     3.  Утвердить  Перечень   объектов    областной    собственности,
подлежащих капитальному ремонту в 2014 году, согласно приложению N 3.
     4. Контроль за исполнением настоящего постановления возложить  на
первого заместителя Губернатора области по  строительству  и  развитию
инфраструктуры.
     5. Настоящее постановление вступает в силу со дня его  подписания
и подлежит официальному опубликованию.
